Thank you for choosing Beyond the Scars Enterprise. We aim to provide fast, reliable, and transparent shipping for all books, merchandise, and bundles.  😊

 📬 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
  • During holidays, restocks, or new releases, processing may take 1–5 extra days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

 🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

1. Books (Only) — USPS Media Mail

  • Books ship via USPS Media Mail for the lowest rate.
  • Typical delivery: 2–10 business days.
  • Only available when your cart contains books only.
  • If mixed with merch, Media Mail cannot be used.

 2. Merchandise (Apparel, Gifts, Accessories)

Shipping is based on package size:

 3. Mixed Orders (Books + Merchandise)

  • Shipping is automatically calculated by Shopify based on weight and carrier rates.
  • Media Mail cannot be applied when merchandise is included.

 📦 Holiday Grace Boxes & Special Bundles

  • Ship separately due to size/weight.
  • Flat rate: $12–$18, depending on box size and contents.

🌍 International Shipping

  • International shipping is available to select countries.
  • Rates and delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

 🕊️ Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A tracking number
  • A link to track your package in real time

If you don’t receive tracking within 5 business days, please email us.

 🙅🏾♀️ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order is handed to USPS, UPS, or FedEx:

  • Beyond the Scars is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  • If your package is marked delivered but missing, check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.

We will always help guide you through the process.

 📬 Address Issues

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.  If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer must pay for re-shipment.
